The amazing Zechella family played a wonderful and loving role throughout my childhood. The young girl in the center of the picture is my mom. She is sitting on the lap of my wonderful great Aunt Sotty. The lovely woman behind her is my grandmother who passed away before I was born. I was very fortunate to have my great grandparents live with us for a great deal of my growing up. The family represented a strong bond of love and support in all situations. My great grandfather taught us how to garden and my great grandmother shared all of her Italian cooking secrets. The time shared as a family unit was fabulous.
